Pohon Benda alias Benda Tree Benda, tekalong, or applied are a type of fruit tree that is still a clan with jackfruit (Artocarpus).

The fruit is similar to embossed or kulur fruit, with protuberances similar to long and short soft spines, rather sticky.

 Its scientific name is Artocarpus elasticus. 
This fruit tree in Malaysia is also known as tekalong or applied, but it should not be confused with the application, Artocarpus odoratissimus.

Objects in various regions are also referred to by names such as malagumihan (Philippines); kalam (Mentawai); torop (Karo); bakil (Malay); tarok (Mink.); your, teureup (Sd.); bendhå (Jw.); kokap (Md.); taéng (Mak.). Other names in Kalimantan, including, applied, kapua, kumut, pekalong. Dayaks in the Pesaguan River and Sungai Gerunggang areas call it torap (for young trees), or hump for trees that have already borne fruit.

Banir reached a height of 3 m above the ground. A gray-brown papery, the inside yellowish to pale brown; yellowish white latex. 

The branches are 8-20 mm thick, with tight golden hair. Leaves support the ends of the branches, 6-20 cm long, yellow to red hair. Stiff leaves warm, round egg jorong, 12.5-60 × 10-35 cm; reinforcement of leaves with coarse golden hair on the top side and golden hair tightly on the bottom side; the tip is pointed to tapered; evenly edged until corrugated; the base is rounded to narrow. Leaves in different saplings of different shapes, sharing or 7-9 taju, 60-120 cm long.
